This site and its contact form operate under the trade name Sabio Tarot. Email tarotsabio871@gmail.com with questions about your data or to exercise your rights.
Data and purpose
We receive your email address, your name if provided, the subject, your message and the selected language. We use this information only to answer your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.
Legal basis
We process messages to respond to pre-contractual requests about a service, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries you send voluntarily. The form checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Providers and transfers
Formspree receives and processes your submission and forwards it to the Google inbox used by Sabio Tarot. Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their transfer safeguards. See their policies linked below.
Retention
We keep the conversation while needed to handle your enquiry and afterwards for any period required by law or to manage possible claims. We delete it when it is no longer needed. The history available in Formspree depends on the account plan.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction by emailing tarotsabio871@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions based on these messages.
